Petrol Lavori Srl is specialized in tank cleaning and coating solutions.It is operating on degasification, cleaning, sand blasting, shell repairs and coating application of Storage Tanks.It have the necessary to perform any type of cleaning and decontamination, i.e. complete system with a drive train rotary propeller , decanters that allow an accurate and complete solid residues separation which are in suspension.
Petrol Lavori Srl has various equipments for washing surface (hot water from 500 bar to 1500 bar, cold water to 2500 bar), that permit to remove all residues.
Petrol Lavori has the option of using systems that, placed on floating roof permit to mix the residues in every position inside the tankEspecially on manholes, the several high performance mixer, hydraulically orientable, are be installed to increase the mixing operation and to reduce conspicuously the presence of residues inside the tank.
The people employed inside of the tank is equipped with all PPE necessary to work safely ( i.e. gas detector and breathing apparatus). Besides P.L has sand blasting recover system that are able to perform any blasting degree .
The daily production of sanded surface is approximately 700-800 square meters each system. P.L. is able to apply, using bi-mixer system, any kind of anticorrosive coating, from traditional products, polyurethanes, fiber glass epoxy products with high thickness (5mm), sheaths based polyurea. P.L. is also specialized for the treatment of internal pipes of any diameter, manually or with fully automated equipment.
Petrol Lavori also provides a comprehensive service for project engineering, construction and maintenance of electromechanical and hydrodynamic systems, general plants, which has highly specialized and certificate people that allows to offer ad hoc solutions for any specific request.
